2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that websites store on the user’s device to make the site work, remember preferences, or collect information about browsing. There are technical cookies (necessary) and non-technical cookies (analytics or marketing), the latter used only with your consent.

3. Technical cookies (no consent required)

Necessary for the site to function. Without them some features are unavailable:

  • cart and checkout management (WooCommerce);
  • authentication and session in the “My account” area;
  • storing your cookie preferences;
  • security and correct traffic balancing.

Legal basis: technical necessity / legitimate interest. You can block them in your browser settings, but the site may not work correctly.

4. Third-party cookies and tools (subject to consent)

  • Google reviews widget (Trustindex): displays customers’ Google reviews; may set cookies and connect to Google servers.
  • Google Fonts / external libraries: for page rendering; if loaded from external servers they may communicate your IP address to the provider.
  • Stripe: active on the payment page, to process the transaction securely and prevent fraud.
  • WhatsApp (click-to-chat): if you use the WhatsApp button you are redirected to the WhatsApp platform, subject to its own policy.

5. How to manage your preferences

On your first visit a banner lets you accept, reject or customise non-technical cookies. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie preferences panel. You can also manage or delete cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).

6. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers (Google, Meta, Stripe) may process data in the United States, on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Updates

This Cookie Policy may be updated over time. The version in force is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
